How To Use?
1. Lay the Cervical Traction Device on the ground.
2. Slowly place your back down followed by your neck.
3. Stretch out as much as what is comfortable to you.
For the first week, we recommend using it twice a day for 5 minutes. In the second week, 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes each time.
